- 1 serving of Ramen Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 125 g Pork Mince
- Finely chopped Spring Onion
- Crispy Chilli Oil (optional)
Sauce
- 1 small clove Garlic, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso) or another Chilli Sauce

- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar (optional but highly recommended)
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients until combined.
- Cook your Ramen Noodles as instructed on the package. If you’re using pre-cooked noodles, simply heat them in boiling water until soft, then drain.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the Pork Mince and cook until fully browned. Pour in the sauce, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Add the drained Ramen Noodles to the pan and toss them with the pork and sauce. Once mixed, transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with plenty of Spring Onion, and for an extra kick, top it off with some Crispy Chilli Oil.
