Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 serving of Ramen Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 125 g Pork Mince
  • Finely chopped Spring Onion
  • Crispy Chilli Oil (optional)

Sauce

  • 1 small clove Garlic, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso) or another Chilli Sauce
  • 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) Sake (Rice Wine) or Water
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar (optional but highly recommended)

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients until combined.
  2. Cook your Ramen Noodles as instructed on the package. If you’re using pre-cooked noodles, simply heat them in boiling water until soft, then drain.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the Pork Mince and cook until fully browned. Pour in the sauce, stirring until everything is well combined.
  4. Add the drained Ramen Noodles to the pan and toss them with the pork and sauce. Once mixed, transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with plenty of Spring Onion, and for an extra kick, top it off with some Crispy Chilli Oil.

Enjoy your spicy stir fry ramen masterpiece! 🌶️🍲
